The Main Mosque is part of the master plan of SFMC, however a separate design competition was announced.
The mosque is the focal point of a long-landscaped promenade. The water feature running along this promenade continues and wraps around the sites of the mosque.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Competition Stage:
• Responsible for design and development of the mosque in Sketch-Up.
• Coordinated visualizations with 3D rendering team.
• Handled and developed the layouts of the mosque.
• Oversaw and prepared presentation drawings.
II. Design Development Stage:
• Developed layouts.
• Arbitrated and ensured timely delivery of coordinated drawings and packages for Structural and MEP sub-consultants.
• Ensured all consultants receive architectural submissions and deliver in a timely manner.
• Reviewed their submissions.
• Responsible for interior design proposal upon initial direction from the design director.
