Empower Headquarters is an awarded completions project.

It is a mixed-use development with offices, 3-star business hotel, serviced apartments, retail area and community facilities: gym, tennis court, nursery and prayer rooms. 

Key Responsibilities: 
I. Competition stage:
• Assisted the Design Principle with development of layouts.
• Assisted the Design Principle with development of facade design through  hand sketches and 3D software. 
• Responsible of design of the typical level assuring all brief GFA/BUA areas  and number of units /rooms are met. 
• Developed presentation drawings for the final submission.
• Coordinated visualizations with 3D rendering team.
